Discovery Center:

First start with the Discovery Center, for adults and kids!

Once you are hooked then you can start with the Open Water Program to become a certified diver then move on to the Advanced, Specialty and Tecnical courses. The courses on this page are designed to help you discover the extreme thrill, the amazing beauty, and the stunning world that we call our underwater playground.

These courses are incredibly popular with everyone, including schools! We're proud to say we are the Preferred Facility of the Calgary Board of Education for introducing students to the joy of the underwater world!

Discover Snorkeling:

• We recommend this program for people who would like to know the basic skills of snorkeling in any age group. Equipment is provided for all children and adults and includes: Discover the Underwater World video, One hour pool snorkel and All snorkeling gear

PADI Discover Scuba:

If you've always wanted to try diving but are not quite sure if you would be able to enjoy the experience, then this is the course for you. Designed to provide a safe experience in a non threatening environment, this gives you a taste of the real thing! Anybody ten years of age or older can take this opportunity to try scuba diving in our pool. Discover Scuba video, One hour pool dive and All scuba and snorkeling gear

SPLASH:

If it has been awhile since you been wet or just got that new piece of gear for diving or snorkeling then jump in one of the best pools in Calgary. Open SPLASH times are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm depending on pool available call to check pool times. Includes all scuba and snorkeling gear in less you want to bring your own.

Scuba Refresher:

For the diver who has not been diving for a while, one of our PADI instructors will reintroduce necessary scuba skills with the PADI skill circuit. Includes a 1.5 hr pool dive with all the gear.

$40.00 per person + GST

Scuba Class & Pool Review:

For the certified diver who has not been in the water for years, or for the non-certified diver who has not completed their open water dives within the original year of their class/pool training. Includes a review of the 5 Open Water Course Modules (Diver must supply their own manual and tables) and all the gear.

PADI SEAL Team

When you get right down to it - the PADI Seal Team program is just plain cool! Designed for young divers (kids eight and older), this exciting new program is built around action-packed AquaMissions!

What's an AquaMission? It's an underwater pool adventure where kids learn scuba activities. Take Specialty AquaMission: Inner Space Specialist for example, here kids learn how to float underwater like an Astronaut.

Supported by a video, manual and logbook, the PADI Seal Team program is broken into two parts. Part one, AquaMissions 1 - 5, teaches kids the basics of diving - things like buoyancy control, mask clearing, regulator recovery, etc. After complete part one kids become a PADI SEAL Team member. After building a solid foundation of scuba skills, kids move on to part two. Course includes SEAL Team crew-pack and all snorkeling and SCUBA gear

Part two is full of Specialty AquaMissions. These cool dives teach kids different scuba activities. After complete all Specialty AquaMissions kids become a MASTER SEAL Team member. Here's a list of the Specialty AquaMissions:
